Master grade Sitka Spruce top with Amazon Rosewood back and sides. This Rosewood is not to be confused with true Brazilian Rosewood but is, nevertheless, an excellent tonewood in its own right. The tone it produces is emphatic in mid and bass with smooth trebles. Body binding is Snakewood. The neck is Mahogany with a Macassar Ebony fingerboard. 1 3/4" nut width and 25.4" scale length. Macassar Ebony bridge. Waverley tuners with polished Ebony buttons. Handmade wooden scratchplate. Hand-rubbed Tung Oil finish. With Hiscox hard case.
